New! Our new multi-axis CNC wire forming machine is able to form small diameter wire forms, including springs, in the range of .030" - .090". For parts in the range of .060" up to .312" our BM-4 CNC wire forming and buttwelding machine can form, and buttweld if required, virtually any shape. Forming and buttwelding occur all in the same operation which increases efficiencies and lowers costs.

If you require large quantities of your formed product, our vast assortment of Nilson four-slide machinery enables us to meet those demands, while keeping the piece price at a minimum.
